General Conditions

• You must be at least the age of majority in your region to place an order.
• You agree not to use our products or website for any unlawful purpose.
• We may refuse or cancel service to anyone, at any time, at our discretion.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us at checkout.

Product Information

• We take care to describe products accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, ingredient lists, prices or images are entirely error-free.
• Product colours may appear different on your screen from how they look in person.
• Packaging and formulations are changed by manufacturers from time to time, so what you receive may differ slightly from the photograph.

Pricing & Availability

• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
• Products may go out of stock or be discontinued at any time.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer.
• If an item is priced incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel the order at no cost.

Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed once we accept it — usually after a confirmation call or WhatsApp message.
• We accept Cash on Delivery: you pay the courier when the parcel is delivered.
• We may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, or where delivery details cannot be verified.
• Repeatedly refusing delivery of confirmed cash-on-delivery orders may result in future orders being declined.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery charges are a flat PKR 300, free on orders over PKR 5,000.
• Delivery times are estimates and can vary due to location, weather, holidays or courier delays.
• Once a parcel has been dispatched, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier.
• Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

• Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
• For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics, skin care and personal care items cannot be returned.
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch.

Product Use & Safety

• Use cosmetic and hair products strictly according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
• Patch-test new products where the manufacturer recommends it, particularly hair colour and treatments.
• Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs, and seek medical advice if it persists.
• Nothing on this website is medical advice or a substitute for it.

Reviews & Submitted Content

• Reviews must be your own honest experience of a product you bought from us.
• We may decline or remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional or unlawful.
• By submitting a review you allow us to display it on this website.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — the Jasmine Luxe name, logo, page copy, photographs and layout — belongs to Jasmine Luxe or its suppliers and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks shown on product pages remain the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore.
